Introduction

The ultimate purpose of infrastructure maintenance and management is to sustain the life of major organization facilities. It involves among other things, maintaining infrastructure at a costs.  This is a prudent investment which saves significantly in the medium to long term and promotes both the economic and human capital development. Any organization that intends to maintain the integrity and the purpose of its facilities ought to have an elaborate strategy to ensure the sustenance of their original purposes.


Program objectives

  1. To provide private and government employees with the skills to provide efficient and effective organization works programs and services.

  2. To ensure that the private and  government works area is safely providing services to it’s residents.

  3. To allow organization employees to do their job safely.

  4. To enhance the overall skills of community work employees so that they can more effectively deliver services.
