Trainees in a past event attending to a car engine problem. We work with live customer cars. We don't do dummies since our focus is to give our trainees direct experience with customer vehicles. This also exposes trainees to client handling techniques, which include client interrogation to establish among other things:
- The historicity of the problem
- The behaviour of the car
- Any previous attempt to resolve the problem
Our trainees also get to learn the customer care issues.
